This workshop, taught by experts with advanced degrees in exercise physiology, nutrition and health, empowers attendees to take control of their personal wellness. Topics covered will include: benefits of physical activity, how to overcome barriers to exercise, decoding food labels, good nutrition practices, meal planning, and healthy grocery lists on a budget. You will leave with a heightened awareness of the importance of living a healthy lifestyle as well as the tools necessary to implement this lifestyle change.
